Speaking at a cabinet meeting on Monday, the president referred to the recent success of Iranian athletes in various sporting events such as track and field, volleyball, and games for disabled athletes as “unprecedented”
Great performance of Iranian female athletes in recent Asian track and field contests ""is a source of pride for us,"" he said.
Iranian sportsmen have proved on international scene that it is possible to conquer the peaks of success through firm determination and high morale, he said
